How It Works

Getting started with ThinkTrust Learning is simple. Here's what to expect from your very first conversation to your child's ongoing growth.

Four Simple Steps

01

Let's Talk

Reach out to us and tell us about your child — their grade level, the subjects they're struggling with, and any goals you have in mind. There's no pressure and no commitment. This first conversation is just about getting to know your family.

We'll ask about your child's school, current grades, any previous tutoring experience, and what success looks like to you. The more we know, the better we can help.

02

Identify Needs

Before we begin instruction, we take time to understand exactly where your child is academically. We use informal assessments and conversation to identify strengths, pinpoint gaps, and understand how your child learns best.

This isn't a high-stakes test — it's a relaxed, low-pressure process designed to give us the information we need to build the right plan.

03

Create a Plan

Based on what we learn, we build a personalized learning plan for your child. This plan outlines the focus areas, the instructional approach, the session format, and the goals we'll work toward together.

We share this plan with you so you know exactly what we're working on and why. Plans are flexible — we adjust as your child grows.

04

Watch Them Grow

Sessions begin, and so does the progress. We provide consistent instruction, regular encouragement, and ongoing feedback to both students and families. You'll see the difference — in grades, in confidence, and in your child's attitude toward learning.

We check in with parents regularly and adjust the plan as needed. Our goal is always the same: a student who believes in themselves and has the skills to back it up.
